The development of digital technology in Physical Education requires learning practices that can strengthen students’ physical literacy contextually. This study aims to analyze students’ experiences in developing motivation, confidence, movement competence, understanding of physical activity, and involvement in physical activity through technology-supported Physical Education practices. This study used a qualitative exploratory case study supported by descriptive quantitative data. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, reflection journals, semi-structured interviews, and digital documentation involving 60 students, with 10 students selected as the main informants. Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis, while questionnaire data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that technology helps students understand movement, monitor progress, increase motivation, build confidence, and support physical activity engagement. This study emphasizes that technology can function as a pedagogical support in Physical Education when it is used to strengthen physical practice, reflection, and student engagement.
